Does Zurently replace my CRM?
Keep your lead and sales tools. Zurently focuses on the tenancy after signing: portfolio, events, renewal dates and evidence.
What does my landlord see?
A read-only portal for that landlord client’s tenancies, using your agency name, colour and logo. Links expire after 90 days and you can revoke them. No landlord login is needed.
What is in the handover pack?
Tenancy details, agency contacts and licence number, chronological events and the attached photos. Packs currently support up to 50 photos and show when evidence is missing. Review the PDF before sharing it.
Can my team share a workspace?
The plans include seat allowances of 1, 3 and 10. Team invitations, membership and shared permissions are still being developed; the current workspace is for an individual agent.
Which language is the agent workspace in?
The agent workspace and PDF are currently in English. Properties can have market and currency details; this is not an automatic compliance or licence verification service.
How do I manage my subscription?
Open Billing & usage in your agent settings to choose a plan or open the Stripe customer portal for payment details, invoices, plan changes and cancellation.
